Rathnam Movie Plot

Rathnam Movie follows the story of a henchman named Rathnam, who works for MLA Panneer Selvam in Vellore. Vishal takes on the responsibility of protecting Malliga, a medical student who bears a striking resemblance to his late mother, Loganayagi. Malliga becomes the target of a ruthless land grabber, Beema Rayudu, and his brothers, Subba and Raghava Rayudu, who want her family’s land. When Malliga’s family refuses to sell, they face violent attacks. With Panneer Selvam’s support, Rathnam steps in to shield Malliga, revealing her likeness to his mother.

On Vishal’s advice, Malliga agrees to sell the land to build a medical college. Vishal then kills Subba and Raghava, vowing to eliminate Beema Rayudu. He later uncovers a shocking truth: Beema and his brothers are Loganayagi’s siblings, who were involved in robberies. When Loganayagi tried to stop them, they killed Vishal’s father, a cop investigating their crimes. After Loganayagi’s tragic suicide, Vishal seeks justice.

Beema Rayudu retaliates, killing some of Vishal’s family. Rathnam eventually tracks and kills Beema, surrendering to the police afterwards. Before going to prison, he asks Malliga to marry and name her child after him, preserving his legacy.
